Transferable Skills and Professional Development Programme is a 21-hour English-language training programme aimed at enhancing transferable skills and supporting personal and professional development.

Learning Outcomes and Didactic Methodology

Throughout the programme, participants progressively develop their capacity to:

recognise transferable competences
strengthen self-orientation
explore educational and professional opportunities
build a coherent professional profile
communicate it authentically through application documents and interviews.

The workshops combine international competence frameworks, authentic decision cases, guided reflection and practical activities to support the gradual construction of a personal Development Portfolio and a more conscious approach to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Programme Structure

The programme is structured into seven 3-hour modules evolving throughout four phases:

Understanding and Orient Yourself (Workshops 1- 2): Recognising competences and understanding what shapes educational and career decisions and how to guide your own choices.
Understanding and Navigating Contexts (Workshops 3-4): Exploring opportunities, labour market ecosystems and professional networks.
Positioning Yourself (Workshop 5): Building a coherent professional profile by integrating competences, experiences, interests and goals.
Communicating Yourself (Workshops 6,7): Presenting one's profile effectively through CVs, motivation letters and interviews.

Participation Rules and Certificate of Completion

Participants are required to attend the programme in its entirety - all seven modules, for a total of 21 hours - in order to be eligible for the certificate of completion. The program includes interactive activities, polls, and discussions. Active engagement in didactic activities will be monitored throughout the course.
