Descrizione: ACCOUNTANT

The Accountant performs day to day activities within the Finance Team and ensures the results of the assigned tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cash forecast and credit collection process management
Travel Expenses Check and Management
Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet
Assets costs split to cost centers
Month End activity support (invoicing cycle, intercompany and reporting)
Supplier’s contracts management with specific control of goods in invoices and related PO match
Suppliers forecast update
Purchase process management

Education/Experience/Competencies required:

At least a 3/5 years former experience in similar positions
Able to demonstrate experience of managing documents and procedures of suppliers
Familiar with IT Management Tools (e.g. JDE Oracle applications)
The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. Team player
Able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach
Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
