Descrizione: IT DevOps Engineer

ING BANK, leader in banking services for both companies and families, is looking for IT DevOps Engineer.

The mission of the role is to operationally start introducing and building all the tools and processes to support the continuous integration and continuous delivery in the deployment pipeline. Scope includes automatic deploy, configuration management, test automation, system integration and user acceptance environment application maintenance.

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 7+ years IT experience gained preferably in a direct retail operation/finance or a consulting firm working for a direct retail operation.
  • Experienced gained in a complex and international environemnt.
  • Must have knowledge and experience of IT Services and Infrastructure management, even using outsourced partners.
  • Good knowledge of IT Services Management including Service Desk and IT Operations processing.
  • Strong Personal management (task assignment, tracking and quality assessment)
  • Proven change management capabilities
  • Proven experience in process re-engineering
  • Strong background in Linux and system administration
  • Proven experience with automation and configuration management
  • Proven experience with open source and cloud technology
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills essential for role
  • Negotiation skills
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Team player
  • Flexible and open minded
