Your challenges
Use your knowledge and skills to support our customers in Citizen Care, leveraging digital transformation, Agile development models and solutions based on Innovation (Robotics, Chat and Voice Bot).
In these business area, and Government and Public Services sector, you will:
-Innovate Government and Public Administration managing digital rotation and applying innovation to core Public Sector’s processes
-Design Business Support System platforms devoted to operations for citizens (B2C and B2B)
-Ensure Front End and Back End activities
-Integrate Operations Support and other Government Systems with major market platforms (SFDC, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, MSN, Google, Genesys, AWD)
-Implement omnichannel models, Marketing automation, Data management or orchestration systems
