Our training work is aimed at increasing the employability of residents, by deepening and developing transversal and technical skills and integrating them with the skills acquired during courses and the completion of degrees.

The catalogue of seminars, currently composed of over 40 different types of training courses, is progressively implemented and expanded upon by our team of Training and Professional Guidance Staff, who also take into account the needs expressed by residents and emerging labour market demands.

The training is provided in person, and includes exercises and simulations, which require the active participation of users.
