Descrizione: HR Generalist Internship
Role mission:
The HR Generalist Intern will support the Staff&Global Functions HRBPs in delivering all core HR processes into the business and will follow up with line managers and employees on HR initiatives implemented.
Key Accountabilities:
-Support the execution of core HR processes across the areas, such as Performance Management, People Development, Salary Review etc.
-Support the recruiting process for Corporate Functions roles (definition of the profile, interviews, debrief with line managers).
-Support the hiring and onboarding process (data entry, contract management, communication with the new hired, support to the line manager to define the onboarding plan, monitor the onboarding period and successful completion of probation period).
-Support employees for daily queries on HR processes / policies / personal needs.
-support to managing communication with payroll department
-support to managing internal communication related to HR topics
-support to drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures
-support to planning and monitoring employees' training courses.
Our ideal candidate:
-vocational background in Human Resources (MBO-level) or similar
-outstanding customer focus including attributes of empathy and service orientation
-adaptability and flexibility which includes being open to change, as well as strong detail orientation
-excellent process orientation and savviness with technology which includes use of web-based platforms, case management, etc
-ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a team environment to continuously improve results
-excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-highly organized and able to work both in team and independently
