Descrizione: Trade Marketing Specialist - Pharmacy Channel

We have an opportunity for a Trade Marketing Specialist with focus on the Pharmacy Channel.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Develop. harmonizes, manages and controls initiatives dedicated to customers of the PHARMACY Trade channel with distribution, promotional and exhibition projects that maximize the sell-in / sell-out growth of the brands entrusted.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with the corporate objectives, it defines the growth strategy on the Pharmacy channel:


MARKET / TRADE ANALYSIS

- Carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the category and brands in the portfolio;
- segment and prioritize activities according to company clustering;
- develop ad hoc reporting tools;
- review the performance of promotional activities;
- monitors market dynamics (mapping of potential customers, evolution of products and competition / category pricing, evolution of distributions and market shares);
- analyze sell-out data with deep dive on sales areas;
- study the positioning of the products and implement on the shopper the strategies of the Brand.

TRADE ACTIVITIES

- Contributes with its own analytical contribution the definition of the annual business plan;
- implements operational marketing activities, reconciling the defined and agreed policies
- consolidate functional learning aimed at reviewing investments and projects underway or in perspective;
- it also manages the large-scale distribution channel (corner) as promotional initiatives and plans;
- manages the flow of communication with sales (Area Manager, sales force), in order to correctly implement each trade marketing initiative / activity;
- performs coaching in the field to find information and continuous improvement of promotional initiatives;
- it deals with the creation and approval of POS materials;
- manages logistics of field force materials;
- make presentations for FF in cycle meetings;
- interfaces with internal departments for project approval;
- manages the entire operational flow of creation and approval of training materials;
- supports Customer Service for questions regarding the Reference Brands;
- provides content for the Customer Portal / Company Intranet;
- it creates, coordinates and manages the DEMs for customers in its reference area.


DEMAND, BDG AND FORECASTING

- Defines the Bdg / sales forecast in collaboration with the Mktg and the Sales departments and implements trade support and customer care activities;
- manages the spending assigned and carries out monthly reports on the spending review, reporting and justifying the deviations;
- defines the income statement of the activities;
- interface with Demand on product availability and sales forecasts;
- produce weekly / periodic Business Review presentations;
- set up and maintain a Business intelligence dashboard for monitoring the objectives and results of the assigned categories.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Marketing or related sector;
- at least 5/6 years of experience in the role within pharmaceutical / consumer goods companies;
- attitude to strategic thinking and in-depth analysis of the competitive scenario and internal company data;
- excellent analytical skills, category management, negotiation, effective presentation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- problem solving and planning skills;
- result orientation, proactivity, enthusiasm and dynamism;
- excellent knowledge of English;
- leadership, strong commitment, listening skills;
- team work skills;
- advanced knowledge of the Windows environment and the Office package, SAP.
